So groovy they won't pay, huh? The classic elements of a contract are:
offer, acceptance, and consideration. If you're giving your work away,
you don't have number three.
That said, I would encourage you to find a way to MAKE it a contract,
if only to deliniate the rights you're giving this time. Make it clear
and both parties benefit. You may eliminate confusion and possible
hard feelings later on.
