I have to say that $33k is quite an extraordinary amount for the awards -  
has anyone looked at why running awards is costing so much and if the cost 
could  be trimmed to better match the income? For instance if 25 people are 
being flown  to a city, put up in a hotel for a week to discuss the entries - 
could video  conferencing be used???? 

Maybe I am missing some chunk of information here???  Are salaries of  
people included???
