I am a dinosaur, too, and my beefs are many but one of the largest is the 
decline and fall of the ellipses, which were great punctuation's using three 
periods in a line, each period separated by a space, thus: ". . ." and now 
we get "..." and you might as well use a dash which originally had a 
different meaning. Peter
