Doreen,
I was having similar problems with my e-mail last week. I use Hotmail. I 
communicated with Lon about it and also with MSN, who gave me the royal 
runaround and told me the problem was probably with GWL. I tend to doubt 
them, but the problem has not recurred--at least not to my knowledge. I 
don't know if it has been resolved, but I wanted to let you know that 
switching to Hotmail might not eliminate your problem completely.
