Re: Subscription fulfillment ethics

If it was a gardening publication why not tell us what the name of it is and who the publisher is.  This would accomplish several things.  If other garden writers have had a similar problem we might choose to dispromote the publication.  You might find out that this has happened to others as well.  And who knows...the publisher might see or hear that the publication was noted here and take better care of future and maybe even past customers?
