Thank you so much for your insightful suggestions on writing. It's always
helpful and encouraging to know that I am not the only one with these
afflictions. Your suggested cures are great, and your advice is the most
helpful I've read from this group so far.
I've been feeling particularly unworthy these days -- I've been asked to
write a column on a topic I'm not totally comfortable with. After 30 years
in the nursery and landscape industry and four years as a garden writer, I
just never learned much about this area of gardening. Last year I
researched, interviewed, photographed and wrote one feature piece for a
magazine and they absolutely loved the text and my photography. It was
fairly lucrative, also.
So, thanks again for the encouragement. I'll keep on researching,
interviewing, photographing and writing.
