Offlist - WARNING! NEW SCAM!

Be warned that a new scam has hit the internet.  In it, you get a letter
from Crystal Lottery International (or some similar group) telling you that
you have won a lottery that was sponsored by Bill Gates.  Supposedly you are
a first level winner and have won a million dollars.
       THIS IS PHONY!!  There is no such lottery and you will be asked to
either pay fees of some sort, or give information about your bank accounts
that the scammers will use to drain you of all the money they can get.
