I just spoke to Sydney Harris. He picked up his own phone. I am star-struck.

Question: How do I go about reprinting a Sydney Harris cartoon in a
substantial newsletter of a national 501[c]3 organization? Of whom do I ask
permission? Is there an accepted rule that covers volunteer organizations
where articles are not paid for?
