Re: correction

Sorry--going too fast!

That should have read that you pull the spinach out of the soaking water before the radical emerges and dry the surface quickly before planting.

I said:

I also presprout spinach for fall crops because the soil is generally too warm for good germination at that time. Again, timing is key--you don't want the radical to dry out, so you have to pull them out of the soaking water and dry the surface right before you plant them.
