Re: question about trademarked and registered names
Unfortunately, Proven Winners wants those symbols on every mention which is their right, and I understand why.
What I find difficult is trying to let the public know how to find a particular plant under a name they will recognize. These days, you have a crazy cultivar name that no one will ever remember and a trademarked name. Complicated stuff. I do realize why hybridizers want it this way, but it's trying for the writer.
