To apply for ISBN numbers, go to http://www.bowkerlink.com. There is a link
to the ISBN agency on the bottom right of the opening page. It used to be
free to get ISBN's (International Standard Book Numbers) but now there is a
charge. If a publisher, even a publisher of only one book, wants to sell
books to www.Amazon.com and to most stores and distributors, the ISBN is a
requirement.
