In advertising "best" is called a weasel word. It can be used quite legally to describe parity
products because it is an opinion word and someone can always be found who will share the opinion
that such and such is the best. Where you get in trouble is saying something is "better" - since
that can be quantified.

So if you are careful to show that "best" is an opinion - and ask a couple of experts to nominate
a best rose, best daylily - and even narrow the field to three of four you would have an article
that is accurate .
