[GWL]: message subjects
The purpose of the message subject is to tell people what the message is
about so we can decide whether or not to read it. A message topic of
"question," "problem," or "help" tells us almost nothing.
I don't have time or interest to read every message on every topic, and
I'm sure many others also pick and choose. Accurate message topics help
us all find the messages most interesting to us.
Many people are hitting "reply" long after the subject is totally
different from the original "Re: Whatever." It's easier for us to find
your new thoughts if you use a new message title.
Thanks, everyone.
