Nikon and Minolta

The current thread on digital SLRs reminds me to mention that Minolta 
is pulling out of manufacturing cameras of all  kinds. Nikon is 
pulling out of manufacturing almost all its traditional film cameras 
and lenses, leaving just two models.

So it will be eBay for Nikon kit - for those of us still wedded to 
the traditional approach.
