Well, Yvonne,
Looks like we are pretty much in agreement. What we really sell are good
feelings. The plants or the words are actually give-aways that go with the
good feelings. Sounds pretty mushy, I know, but the only reason one is in
business is to serve a need. First part of a need is good feelings about a
transaction.. emotional or physical.
