Re: let's talk money


For stock photo sales I generally go with what the magazine offers as  
their standard rates although I have a minimum fee schedule for  
commercial usage. These rates are usually based on circulation and  
it  makes sense that the higher circ publications are going to pay  
more. Assignment work is a completely different structure.

I have found the book Pricing Photography to be extremely useful over  
the years.
