Count me in the aging group that is cutting down on vegetables. Now I grow
mostly things I can't easily get -- sea kale, fingerling potatoes, red
kohlrabi -- and veggies that taste best very, very fresh. Tomatoes, of
course. Otherwise my raised beds are increasingly being given over to a
totally irrational and compulsive need to multiply bulbs for no good reason.
Oh, and Chinese cabbage, though the heat wave did my spring crop in.
