Re: Responding to a Poor Product Review


"Edging concrete" - what on earth did the woman think a hoe is for? I  
suspect the results would have been the same whatever you gave these  
people. Might be they don't use short handled tools at all. Though if  
you sent them the same mix for trial that you sent me one of them  
should have had a long handled version. As for "it doesn't work in a  
big garden" well.........I guess the 1.8 acres and 3 acres I garden  
don't count as big.

But I wouldn't rebut personally - I'd just find some local satisfied  
customers to do it for me
