Re: Re RoundUp? and a rant


Hi Tom and all, 

You should stay, we're able to withstand a few disagreements. I remember well the forestry guy drinking his roundup solution and photo of his bare leg in the paper. Never did figure out that association. One of the biggest  "yucks" of all time. Wonder if he's still alive. We need a safe place for discussing controversial gardening issues and try to not have them become too hot. 
I appreciate your comments and hope you will reconsider leaving this list and you've insulted no one. I have used Round up in the past and while I don't do so now,  have a great deal of concern about developing better methods for weed control in organic agriculture.
