One of our editors just returned from Memphis where JBs were rampant. One homeowner had sprayed her hedge (not sure what plant - and he's not here today) and the beetles were still crawling all over it, and the sidewalk was covered with dead or dying ones. He said that every step he took was loud crunching. Yikes!
