Re: Slide Production


I like my local labs (I'm lucky -- there are two good ones nearby) for the reasons Chris cites. I can have my slides in a day, or, if I'm really antsy and can't wait, within two hours. Yes, digital is even closer to instant gratification, but I'm still on the cusp of going digital. And believe it or not, a lot of venues in the hort world are still more Carousel-comfortable than PowerPoint compliant. I recently had to have a jpg file turned into a 35mm slide to make a presentation at a local conference. The local lab did it for me in a day.
