Black & Yellow Plastic Bubbler Wand

Does anyone have the company name & contact information for the yellow & 
black plastic bubbler wand that was a giveaway at the GWA Toronto Symposium.

I use mine on a regular basis & find that because it bubbles I use less 
water as I can water at the root of the plant.  There is no splash on the 
foliage of the plant for diseases.

I would really love to get another one so if anyone has the contact 
information it would be greatly appreciated.
