Capturing Animals
Hello -
To add a bit to this conversation, I can tell you that in Virginia it's against the law to relocate captured critters. You either live with them, hoping they will move on from all the used kitty litter you dumped in their burrow entrance, or if you capture them, you kill them.
You could, of course, make your garden inaccessible.
