Facebook Question

Oh, No!   I just discovered that the link to my business FB page on a blog I did for gardenweb.com links to the Admin page! Clearly I didn't do something right. 

But, I just double checked and it IS the url that fb recommends giving. However, when I go to the home page the address in the  url bar is different. Has anyone else noticed this?

Is it safe for me to assume that if I've not designated someone as the admin they can't mess with my page? Unless I'm missing it, there doesn't seem to be any way to contact FB and ask questions that will get an  immediate response. Anyone out there have a number for facebook?
