Bayer Advanced LLC, which is wholly owned by the Bayer Corporation,
introduced a new consumer product last year called Bayer Advanced Garden(tm)
Tree and Shrub Insect Control. It contains imidacloprid and protects trees
and shrubs from damaging insects for up to 12 months--significantly longer
than competitive products. Pests controlled include aphids, borers, Japanese
and leaf beetles, leafhoppers, leaf miners, scales, thrips and others.
There's no need for spraying. Simply mix with water and pour around the base
of the tree or shrub. For more information, a press kit and a sample for
