Here's some Canadian nationalism for you, Jeff. (Even though we Canucks are
usually low-key about this sort of thing.)
Canadian Gardening is an excellent magazine that presents material
appropriate to the entire country, either through features or  regional
sections. It is a rare issue that does not contain something useful to its
reader, no matter their "skill" level.
 Zone 8 (and up) gardeners might not find it useful, but at the very least,
it can be a model for new entries into the American market.
