Yo, Tim & Ryan:
"Get over the idea that every plant you plant has to live 100 years" is just a tad disingenuous coming from a company whose products are as pricey as Spring Meadows shrubs. A six-pack of Impatiens dies? No big deal. An Incrediball Hydrangea kicks the bucket because it wasn't planted or sited or cared for properly? That's a loss that could discourage a newbie.
No, gardening ain't rocket science. But it's also not as simple as dig-a-hole-and-you're-done.
It's easy to be cavalier when you didn't pay for the plants you plant. I'm often in that enviable position. But when I do buy something, I DO want it to live forever!
