Re: Retail marketing strategy
Well here in Anchorage the box stores not only have plants, and lots of them
and lots of varieties, they are advertising that they do!
Our local Lowe's is starting to bring in ORGANIC fertilizers and stuff!
Of course, the news up here is Compost tea and natural fertilizers and
mychorrizal (even if Lee thinks they don't work). Seems the local garden
columnist has some sway!!!!!! :) Seven nurseries are carrying compost teas
etc and tea kits and the stuff is selling like crazy. Pesticide and
herbicide sales and sales of Salt based fertilizers are way down. It is a
veritable revolution!
