After the new regime took over at Gardens Alive a few years ago, the new
owner would not allow companies, growers or landscapers to have any
information on what was in the products the company offered, claiming the
ingredients were 'proprietary'.   In addition to refusing, he was rude and
insulting.

I had no problems ordering from, or dealing with, the former company.  I
chose to go elsewhere rather than work with the current company.
