Hello:

Have been noticing that the butterfly bushes are dead above ground but are sprouting fresh leaves from the roots. Lost a 12-year-old rosemary and have yet to see one alive in other gardens. Waiting to see if there is any life left in my 15 foot tall fig...certainly lots of damage if alive. Tree leaves came out fully yesterday, about 2 weeks later than usual.
