Re: gardening with children
Hello Nan. I have written 2 children's environmental books on composting.
'Pee Wee and the Magical Compost Heap' and 'Pee Wee's Great Adventure: A
guide to vermicomposting' if you are interested. Retail at $3.95 and $4.95
respectively.
I also had an environmental club at my local public school.
I have created a compost word search too that I can fax to you. Each child
could make a worm sock puppet with button eyes and then you could have fun
doing a play. Everyone can bring an old socl. Do you want the activities
to be garden/soil related? Larraine.
