"Y'all got any of them "japonicas"?
"Got any "Stik-stake" tamaters?
Jupiters, Flippin "dulas"?
I have been collecting such warped phrases since the 2000 Perennial Plant
Convention.
AND I NEED MORE! Can you help?
I have found a whole subculture of retail garden center clerks who share
such twisted requests to their amusement in their lunchrooms. Writers
and lecturers have more than once had to stifle their smiles when such
requests are made and I am compiling these for an article.
Please let them fly and I will give credit when the article
publishes. You may share with all or send them to
h*@home.com
Thanks from Dan Heims.
