Dear Sylvia:

    The second and third presentations are always at our office.  We have a
lot of samples and examples of the products that we're presenting.  4:00 PM
on Tuesday would be perfect.  I have a 5:30 already on the schedule, but the
timing should work beautifully.  I look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
