There is no such thing as a USDA-type map for the UK, partly because
in Briatan the climate so is so uniform (compared to the US) that
there is thought to be no need.
For historical thirty-year climatic statistics for different parts of
Britain, go to
http://www.meto.gov.uk/climate/uk/averages/station.html
and click on the individual weather stations marked.
