Re: [GWL]: Gwl Several Things
I certainly have opened up a bees nest here. I guess initation by fire is
the way to go.....
Lon, I agree with you to an extent and that is on anything that is inate in
matter that does not depend on other factors to perform. Garden tools etc.
certainly fall into this catagory. Plants are living things that depend on
many factors to survive along thrive. Really to do your
readers a service you should not depend on only what a company says about
their product, it's obvious they're biased. Of course to do all justice you
should state it. That's where all the more inputs you get on the subject the
better comes into play.
Again, when your dealing with plants so many factors come into play that
determine how a plant will grow. What will grow well in one persons garden
might not grow well in others. Different climate, micro-climate, soil type
and gardening practices come into play. So again for you to say what did
well or not in your own garden is just the opinion of one - yourself. I'm
not saying that readers don't want to hear this. Of course they want to hear
anything that will give them info on the plant in question.
The unfortunate thing about this is that a good number of them take what is
written in articles as gospel without realizing that when it comes to
plants, so many factors are involved. You can make or break a plant by your
"only one opinions"!
That's all I have to say on this subject. I'm truly sorry if I've ruffles
some feathers.
