Future locations of Symposium

How far in advance is the location of the GWA symposium determined? Next
year it's Oklahoma City, but what about the year after that? When is that
determined, and by whom? Is there any kind of pattern or rationale to where
the symposiums are held? Does each region get a turn, in some kind of cycle?
Or does a region volunteer?

The reason I'm asking is I realize that if I am going to go to the
Symposium, I have to plan for it--budget. I am more likely to be able to go
when it is closer to me, so it is helpful to know as far in advance as
possible when the Symposium will be in traveling range.
