Re: FTC and blogging

I've read the new guidelines, and I'm afraid it means the end of swag.
 Advertisers are now required to ensure that those they give trial items to
comply with the regulations.  It will probably be too onerous a task to
check up on swag items given to groups, such as a GWA.
