Re: Recommending my agent

Amy et al:
In one of the GWA member surveys we asked if people had an agent, and if they didn't, did they want an agent. I was shocked to learn that most people didn't and, more surprising, most didn't want one. I was puzzled by that response.  I sold my first four books without an agent, but would never go there again. I want more help, not less! I think that one thing that holds me back, even though I now have an agent, is that I try to do too much by myself.
