Indoor grow rooms

I have used indoor growlights to start seedlings for almost 20 years. This
is NOT an expensive setup. I use four 48-inch twin-tube fluorescent fixtures
(three cool-white tubes, one warm-white) suspended from a tall sawhorse
structure by chains that allow me to raise the lights as seedlings grow. I
have three of these units and start thousands of vegetable seedlings every
spring. I feature these units in the classes I teach for Cornell Cooperative
Extension of Suffolk County (NY) and other groups, class title "Starting
Seeds Indoors Under Lights." Feel free to email me for more information.
