Is anyone there?\

The list has been so quiet I've had members asking if something happened.
Here's an i.d. question. A Korean lady gave me some of what look like
ordinary red sweet potatoes on the outside. Inside, they are white, very
sweet and with a very different character. When I whipped some, they got
quite stiff and sticky and they set up almost into a solid mass when cool.
I've never seen that with regular sweet potatoes. Apparently they are
Korean, but what sort? The lady didn't have an English name for them.
