Re: Press release = customs charges


Does Customs open packages to see how much to charge? I'd like to send my friend in Montreal a book that's not to be sold in the UK (I suspect because of the difference in libel laws). More basically, I'm not even sure Canada is still in the UK. Is it? Margaret L
