Doug,
your damning letter is further proof that the US is guarding the wrong border. What would your takeover entail? Hockey as the national pastime? Mandatory toques? Back bacon in every skillet?
Come to think of it, though, Canadians can legally smoke Cuban cigars -- and soon, perhaps, even more interesting stuff.
Maybe we can work something out.
