Do you have to carry special liability insurance for a project like
this? I can see a possibility where there is an undisclosed product
defect or long term accumulated effect (identified or unidentified) by
the manufacturer which could become a subject of litigation.
It seems that a writer for hire is not protected by the company's
insurance. Is that your understanding?
