Dean if that's what you want then start one. set your guidelines and then
advertise.  I always like learning but I don't mine the politics because if
you are unaware of what is going on around you then something will be past
that can either prevent you or others from doing something that you may not
feel is wrong.  (I hope i stated that right)  Power has a strange way of
pushing personal agendas that are not necessarily the best for everybody.
