Ronnie & whoever...go out and buy a good pair of metal sheers. Then get some aluminum siding (the kind used on the outside of older homes) one side will be white, other side aluminum. You can cut markers/labels any size/shape you want, fairly easily. Now, go out an buy an electric engraver, and cut your data/info right into the metal labels. Tying these labels to a piece of wire stuck into the ground, prevents frost heave (like: labels lying on ground in Springtime...wind blowing them around).
Of course, if you want to show off your yard, by using some kind of fancy schmancy labels....buy the Shady Oaks lkind...however, once you have the sheers & engraver, the aluminum sheets are almost free from recycle depots. Aluminum markers, with engraved information on it....will outlast us all.

sincerely hope this gives you some better ideas, than spending a lotta money for labels.
