Re: copyright?? on library photos

    Ipix is a type of 360 degree photography graphics.  My friend does this
kind of photography for a living.  I have an old one that's a very cool 360
degree photo of a mountain/stream.  It's very cool.
    I checked out the E-bay link, and it doesn't look like anyone's trying
to copyright Mary's photo - it would have to have the copyright information
within the picture itself.  If a pic doesn't have that included with it on
the web, it's not copyrighted.  If the photo credit is on the web page, but
not embedded in the photo, it's anyone's pic to be used.
    It'd be a he!! of a huge project, but maybe you should add that info to
the pics on the library.  Or have people, when they make submissions, add
their name & the date on the pics themselves.
