Re: Message regarding credit cards on the homepage

There are already some indices that were part of past Journals etc.  I will send a message later with precise citation for those who want to order back issues that have indices and cannot wait for the ones I am finishing up for Lu.  Clyde and others had the foresight to do this in hardcopy and it should make the finalization effort much easier.  Especially if I can scan them successfully in ASCII format (which I am going to attempt this weekend).
