Hello
Someone from the other list asked if plants sold by Monrovia with this
statement 'Plants with trademarked name must be
sold with label attached. Asexual reproduction of plants protected by
the Plant Patent Act is
prohibited'
If this is true why can't everyone do the same. If it isn't true they
could get into alot of trouble for attaching this label or making the
statement. Maybe the second line is just that, a statement and nothing
more but they try to make it seem like it makes the plant protected.
