Sandra Bond's book is available (unabridged and combined with three other
books on ornamental grasses, hardy ferns and large-leaved perennials) in a
volume entitled "The Complete Guide to Foliage Planting" --- published in
1997. It was available through Amazon.com nine months ago and I would assume
still is at a very reasonable price.
