Please......I am beginning to think I have lost all functioning brain tissue. 
 I previously received this info in a post from CHF: 
"The IRA for the genus Hosta was granted to the University of Minnesota 
Landscape Arboretum years ago when Merv Eisle accepted the responsibility."

Now, please explain to the mentally challenged (namely ME) WHO is WHAT?!  AHS 
for the US only? and U of Minn. for global registration?  Do I finally have 
it right?  :-)

Further, to a query Clyde broached in his message, has the U of M taken a 
position, or made comment on the IAC and PGP?
